In March, our big, crazy family grew by five! My sister-in-law married a fantastic guy who gave us two more nieces and two more nephews! Blessed does not begin to cover it.
My sister-in-law and brother-in-law were nice enough to let me use them for my homework subjects. We managed to get some decent engagement pics in the process

These are my babies. They are probably two of my favorites things to take pics of ….and I have a million of them. I’m the two I think captures their personalities the best.

This is my other fur-baby. His sister was too afraid to let me take her pic too. The room was actually quite dark when I took this picture. No flash was used!

FAVORITE PICS OF BIRDS
I actually hate birds. Maybe I should say I am deathly afraid of them….
BUT – when you procrastinate and wait until the last minute to do your photography homework, you take pics of what you can. In the process, you somehow take a couple of pictures you are pretty proud of.
FAVORITE PICS OF WATER
I grew up 20 minutes from the beach. This is where I clear my head, re-center, reflect, and feel the most joy. Maybe it is all the memories that have happened at the beach, or maybe it is the reminder that this is a really big world with a lot of opportunities. Maybe it is just the simple beauty of a perfect sunset…. in any case, it brings me peace.
Living in Arizona, I have had to find other “water” to tide me over between visits to the place I will always call “home”.
